Who holds your data

FYPIRL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202626330G), 2 Orchard Link, #01-05, *SCAPE, Singapore 237978.

For anything on this page — a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or withdrawing a permission — write to hello@fypirl.com. A person reads it, and we will reply within 30 days. Signed-in creators can also start account deletion from You → Account & privacy.

What we collect

Only two sources: what you type into our forms, and what our staff record about working with you. We do not buy lists, and we do not scrape your accounts.

WhatWhy we have it
Name, email addressTo know who you are and to write to you. Your email is also how you sign in.
Phone numberSo couriers can reach you about a delivery.
Postal addressOnly used to send you products. Blank unless you give it.
Date of birthTo confirm you are 16 or over, and to work out what you can be offered — paid advertising and some brands' campaigns are 18+ only. We do not display your age to anyone.
Social handles and follower countsTo check the account is really yours, and to match you to campaigns that fit.
What you post about — interests, formats, a few descriptorsThis is what decides which campaigns reach you. You choose these yourself.
Content you send us, and links to your live postsTo review it, and to use it under the rights described in the Terms of Use.
Your history with us — campaigns joined, what shipped, what you were paid or givenTo run the programme and keep an honest record of what you are owed.
Payout details — legal payment name, PayNow mobile number or bank account destination, and bank name where neededOnly to send creator earnings you request. Access is limited to authorised payout staff and the payment providers needed to complete the transfer.
Staff notes about working with youPlain working notes — whether you replied, whether a brand suited you, what happened on a campaign. We use them to decide who to invite to what. Internal only: never shown to you in the app, never shared outside FYPIRL.

What we do not collect

Where it is stored

We use established service providers to host the database and run the app, and some of them store data outside Singapore.

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act requires us to make sure anything transferred abroad is protected to a comparable standard. We do that through the data processing agreements we hold with those providers. If you want to know which providers and where, ask us and we will tell you.

Who else sees it

A word on partner perks

Sometimes we will email you an offer from a partner — a discount, an event, early access to something. We send those; the partner does not get your details. They give us the offer, we put it in front of you, and that is where it ends.

If you take up an offer that the partner has to fulfil directly — posting you something, putting you on a guest list — then they need enough to do it, and we will tell you what is being passed on before it is. Not taking up an offer never shares anything.

How long we keep it

While you are on the programme, and afterwards for as long as we still need it — to answer questions about past campaigns, to honour rewards, and to show what content permissions were given and when. When a record no longer serves any of those, we remove it.

Records the law requires us to keep — the ones behind payments and accounts — are kept for as long as the law says, which in Singapore is generally five years.

You can ask us to delete your record at any time, and we will. See Deleting your account below for the two things that carry on regardless.

Your choices

Being contacted

You agree to programme email when you apply, because the programme runs by email — briefs, invitations, events and news all arrive that way. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@fypirl.com. Withdrawing it pauses your account, because we cannot run a campaign with someone we are not allowed to contact.

Paid advertising

Letting brands use your content in paid ads is a separate permission, and one you decide. You choose it on the form when you join, and you can change your mind at any time by writing to hello@fypirl.com. Under-18s cannot have it on. See the Terms of Use for what happens to ads already running.

Getting a copy, or corrections

You can ask us what we hold about you and we will send it: your details, your campaign history, what you were given, and the content permissions on file. You can correct most of it yourself in the app; for anything else, write to us. We respond within 30 days.

Internal staff notes are not included — the PDPA does not require us to disclose opinions recorded for making a decision. If you think one has led to a wrong outcome, tell us and a person will look at it.

Deleting your account

Start a deletion request inside Creator World from You → Account & privacy. If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, use our account deletion page. We verify the request, close the sign-in account, and remove or anonymise personal information that is no longer needed.

Three honest caveats. Content you have already published stays published — that is your account, not ours. Anything already printed, or already reshared by someone else, cannot be recalled. And we retain only the narrow payment, fraud-prevention, legal and rights-accounting records that must be kept. This includes the minimum needed to show when content permission was given or withdrawn.

Deleting your account and withdrawing permission to use your content are separate requests, and you can make either without the other. Say which you want and we will confirm what has happened.

Keeping it safe

Access is limited to FYPIRL staff whose role requires it, enforced in the database rather than just in the app. Creators can only ever read their own record. Staff notes are readable by staff with the relevant permission and by nobody else.

Younger creators

The programme is open from 16. The forms refuse a date of birth under 16, and under-18s are kept out of paid advertising automatically — not by hiding the option, but by refusing it at the database whatever the form sends.

If we discover we hold data for someone under 16, we delete it.

Changes

If we widen what we do with your data, we issue a new version of this policy and ask you to agree to it again the next time you sign in — we do not quietly edit the old one. Every version we have ever asked you to accept is recorded against your account with the date.

If something is wrong

Write to hello@fypirl.com. Most things turn out to be a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than have you wondering.
